Extension Bar 16mm
KaiserWeld extension bars system 16 are available in four sizes and two performance levels.
They are the ideal addition to your welding table and efficiently extend your work surface.
Extension bars enable the secure connection of several welding tables, as well as use as table extensions or for vertical set-ups. They are securely bolted to the table using connecting bolts and a wide variety of mounting options are available to allow you to flexibly adapt your welding workstations to different projects. Our trestle can be easily fitted to provide additional support and even greater stability when working with heavier workpieces.

Existing accessories such as tools and extension bars can be reused without any problems, as our tables feature an optimised hole pattern and are fully compatible with clamping devices, stops, extensions and tools available on the market – for example, those from Demmeler, Siegmund, GPPH, etc.
All KaiserWeld welding tables feature a high-quality, plasma-nitrided surface. The 0.2 mm thick nitriding layer provides significantly increased surface hardness, is corrosion-resistant, impact-resistant, and also has excellent non-stick properties – ideal for demanding welding work.
Precise grids in X and Y directions enable
maximum flexibility in the positioning of workpieces.
Rounded corners also contribute to workplace safety and minimize the risk of injury.
